I have posted previously about the great experience of working with Julie to purchase a home, now I am posting about the equally great experience of working with Julie to sell a home. Although we sold in the market where there was no inventory and ample buyers, we knew there could be pitfalls and shortcomings of getting ahead of ourselves. Julie was able to manage our impulses and lay out the pros/cons of multiple offers to choose the right offer for what we were trying to achieve. Julie was respectful of our work/life needs while scheduling showings and open houses, and helped ready the house for the listing and also the traffic that was expected. Julie knew how to leverage many buying and selling disciplines, as well as the resources at her agency, that made this process enjoyable and beneficial to all parties.
